This strategic move not only strengthened their portfolio but also set the stage for exciting innovations in auto recycling and parts distribution.

Fenix acquires Cox Truck and Van. Enhancing Fenix’s Southeast market presence with three key locations in Georgia. These locations are poised to strengthen Fenix’s supply chain in the region. These locations add a major production hub for the southeast region allowing increased opportunities to service our customers.

All Pro Auto Parts is acquired by Fenix Parts to enhance its market presence in central Florida. All Pro Auto Parts operates a full-service automotive recycling facility that serves the greater Orlando and Tampa areas. This acquisition marks Fenix Parts’ second location in Florida and significantly strengthens its Southeast supply chain and distribution network.

Fenix’s first brownfield operation is acquired. Charlie’s Truck & Auto Parts in Tomball, TX, a location to serve the Houston market is brought on board. Charlie’s is a full-service automotive recycling facility that allows Fenix Parts to showcase their ability to fully transition yards of all different calibers and statuses This acquisition marks Fenix Parts’ second location in Texas and is a significant boost to its Southwest supply chain and distribution network.

Fenix acquires New England Auto & Truck Recyclers in Winchendon, MA. NEATR is a full-service automotive recycling facility serving the greater New England markets. This acquisition marks Fenix Parts’ first location in Massachusetts and is a crucial enhancement to its established Northeast supply chain and distribution network.

Fenix has acquired University Auto Recyclers in Pensacola, FL. University is a full-service automotive recycling facility serving the Florida Panhandle, as well as Alabama and Mississippi. This acquisition marks Fenix Parts’ third location in Florida and increases the reach of their Southeast distribution network.

All Foreign Used Auto Parts in Columbus, OH, is acquired by Fenix Parts. This location begins to establish the company’s presence in the Midwest. All Foreign is a full-service automotive recycling facility serving the central Ohio market. This acquisition allows Fenix Parts to develop an entirely new region.

Fenix has acquired Keiffer Auto Recyclers in Canton, OH, adding a second location in the Midwest region. Keiffer is a full-service automotive recycling facility serving the northeast Ohio market. This acquisition represents the start of building a distribution supply chain in the Midwest region.

Fenix acquires A&P Auto Parts and U-Pull U-Save Auto Parts, adding two full-service and one self-service location in central New York. A&P operates full-service automotive recycling facilities in Cicero and Palmyra, these full-service locations allow Fenix Parts to expand the already massive Northeast footprint with the key cities of Syracuse and Rochester U-Pull U-Save is a self-service automotive recycler located in East Syracuse, catering to the Syracuse market.

Reno Auto Parts in Hillsboro, OH. is acquired by Fenix Parts. Reno is a full-service automotive recycler serving the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. This acquisition marks Fenix Parts’ third in the Midwest allowing for a service area that covers all of Ohio and many neighboring states.

Fenix Parts acquires American & Import Auto Parts in Sterling Heights, MI, marking its fourth location in the Midwest. American is a full-service automotive recycler serving the metro Detroit market. This acquisition begins to spread the reach of Fenix into Michigan and allows for an increased presence in the Midwest region.

Fenix Parts continues to expand in the Detroit market by acquiring Fox Auto Parts. This greatly enhances the company’s production and distribution capabilities in the Detroit market. This acquisition marks the first time that Fenix Parts branches out from just Full Service and Self Service. Fox not only operates as both a full-service and self-service automotive recycler but also includes a repair facility.

Fenix acquires Brothers Auto, expanding its Midwest market presence into Indianapolis. Brothers is a full- service automotive recycler serving the Indianapolis area. This acquisition allows Fenix Parts’ to create an even larger footprint in the Midwest creating a hub a spoke system to quickly and effectively distribute thousands of parts daily.

Fenix Parts recognizes Chicago as a key area that the Midwest region struggles to reach. Stafford’s Auto Parts in Montgomery, IL, is acquired to better serve the Chicago market. Stafford’s is a full-service automotive recycler catering to the Chicago area. The acquisition is the first in Illinois and continues to expand the capabilities of the Midwest region.
February

Fenix acquires Pacific Rim Auto Parts, a specialty recycler poised to transition into electric vehicle (EV) recycling. Pacific is known for its focus on e-commerce part listings and sales, enhancing Fenix’s capabilities in the evolving automotive market. The location is the first the Fenix Parts will dedicate to the complex EV recycled parts market.

Fenix is excited to begin reaching to the west coast. Green Auto Parts is acquired by Fenix Parts establishing its presence in the California market. The location begins the Southern California region an explanation that gives Fenix a coast-to-coast reach. Green is a full-service automotive recycler serving the LA area.

Neal is an automotive recycler serving the Central Illinois market, which has a population of approximately 1.3 million.
